CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No .1600-2016-0039-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Elliot Homes, Inc. as represented by Price Walker. The project includes a private, gated, master-planned residential community on 255 acres immediately east and south of the Turkey Creek Golf Course. The project proposes 391 home sites with two different lot sizes.
