Document Description
NOTE: Addendum NOP The proposed project is a Specific Plan for Village 1 identified in the City of Lincoln's General Plan. The project site is currently in the County, and would need to be annexed to the City. An NOP circulated in October 2010 was in error regarding dwelling unit count. The proposed Specific Plan as revised provides for 5,641 residential units at densities ranging from 1.0 to 25.0 units per acre, 167,000 sf of mixed use/commercial space, 320 acres of parks and recreational facilities and 395 acres of open space and paseos. One elementary school is also proposed.
