Document Description
Approval of the Development Agreement between the City of Lincoln and Horizon Edge, LLC, relative to the development known as The Enclave at Horizon Edge Project, with 111 single-family home lots, parks, open space parcels, streets, and related public improvements, all on 24 acres. On Oct. 24, 2017, the City Council adopted Resolution 2017-242 determining that the Enclave at Horizon Edge Project has been adequately addressed under the Village 1 Specific Plan Project EIR and that no further analysis under CEQA is required.
