Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0130-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Lincoln. Project is limited to the extension of the existing culvert, placement of a new culvert, installation of two utility pipes (for water and sewer), widening of the road (Oak Tree Lane), removal of riparian trees, and replanting of native trees on North Ingram Slough. The project will remove all vegetation within the limit of work around the existing crossing. The existing 48-inch culvert will be extended to the new limits of the widened Oak Tree Lane. The total new length of the existing 48-inch culvert will be approx. 112 feet after construction. A new 12'x5' arch pipe culvert will be installed and backfilled with structural fill. The upstream and downstream end of the new culvert, as well as existing 48-inch extended culvert will be provided with a concrete headwall and rip-rap to prevent scour. Two trenches will be excavated in the location of the rip rap to accommodate the installation of two pipes, one for a waterline and the other for a sewer line. Both utility lines will be backfilled and compacted with engineered soil and topped with rip rap to ensure that they are not exposed in the future. Once construction of the new Oak Tree Lane is completed, revegetation and bank stabilization will occur. All work is anticipated to be completed while the drainage is dry and stabilization and revegetation will occur before the drainage becomes inundated.
