The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The project consists of grading and preparing the site to construct residential units, paved streets, underground utilities, storm water quality management facilities, and other associated improvements. Concrete and asphalt will be place at locations within the Project site for building pads, driveways, sidewalks, and streets. The project will permanently impact 0.573 acre of waters of the United States.
