NOTE: Review per lead The Proposed Project is a Specific Plan for Village 1 identified in the City of Lincoln's General Plan. The project site is currently in the County, and would need to be annexed to the City. The Specific Plan provides for 4.689 residential units at densities ranging from 1.0 to 25.0 units per acre, 167,000 sf of mixed use/commercial space, 319 acres of parks and recreational facilities and 415 acres of open space and paseos. One elementary school is also proposed.
