Notes: Review Per Lead PAR 1415 includes expanding the scope of the rule to include high global warming potential (GWP) refrigerants, deleting all provisions related to refrigeration systems and maintaining provisions related to air conditioning systems. PR 1415.1 would incorporate relevant refrigeration system provisions deleted from Rule 1415 and provisions from teh Refrigerant management Program, a statewide regulation developed and approved by California Air Resources Board to reduce emissions of GWP refrigerants from stationary refrigeration systems.
