Document Description
Construction of a 13-acre recharge basin that will help replenish the groundwater basin. The basin will have an average depth of approximately 10 feet, adn will receive water from both the OCWD Groundwater Replenishment System pipeline and the Kraemer/Miller Basin pipeline. A pump station will be installed at the site along with a dewatering pipeline to the Carbon Creek Diversion Channel. A monitoring well will be constructed adjacent to the basin. Existing industrial land uses would be demolished in order to accommodate development.
