Document Description
Approximately 8,088sf of landscaping would be installed. Total area of impervious surface is approximately 25,113sf. Parking would consist of 10 standard spaces and 1 handicapped van accessible space. Access to the site would be provided by an entrance/exit driveway off of Edison Street and a right-turn in and right-turn out driveway off of SR 246. An eastbound deceleration lane would be installed to serve the driveway access of SR 246. Grading for the project would consist of approximately 2,200cy cut, and 100 cy fill. Three oak tree samplings with diameters (DBH) of 2" would be removed as a part of the proposed project.
