Document Description
The construction of a mixed use project comprised of two buildings containing a total of 84 residential units and 14,947 sf of commercial floor area. The building fronting Santa Monica Boulevard contains approximately 14,947 sf of commercial floor area, 74 residential units above, and a maximum height of 60 feet. The building fronting Virginia Avenue is comprised of 10 residential units plus recreational facilities with a maximum height of 30 feet. A subterranean parking garage below both buildings will provide parking spaces per the requirements in the LAMC. The project site currently consists of cleared land. All of the previous uses on-site were demolished in January 2007. The previous uses on-site that were demolished included a 7,492 sf automotive repair facility.
