Document Description
Construction and operation of up to ten oil and gas wells on five well pad location and associated infrastructure, such as associated existing and proposed access roads ROW, existing and proposed pipeline routes, and ingress and egress routes. The Project includes (1) exploration, development, production, recovery and processing of oil and gas reserves on Section 11 (T 30S, R 22E) over a period of 20 years, including the drilling of wells and associated infrastructure which could result in the cumulative total of permanent disturbance and temporary disturbance of up to 22.1 acres of presently undisturbed land; (2) the operation, maintenance and repair of facilities associated with the Gunslinger Project (i.e; product transmission lines and pipelines, waterlines, and powerlines, etc.) which may result in additional disturbance of up to 31 acres over a period of 20 years; (3) implementation of a conservation program, including the management for conservation purposes and species surveys and monitoring of Conservation Lands designated as compensation lands associated with his Project. No more than 64 acres (10%) of Section 11 will be disturbed; there are 10.9 acres of existing disturbance, and therefore, no more than 53.1 acres total of additional disturbance will occur.
