Document Description
The project involves construction and operation of 60 wind turbine generators, two substations, and access roads on approximately 1300 acres. The Incidental Take Permit (ITP) covers construction, operation, and maintenance of 30 turbines, two substations, a maintenance building, underground cables, and dirt or gravel access roads on two portions of the Project comprising approximately 762 acres. Project operations and maintenance will require periodic vehicle access to inspect and service substations and turbines, inspect and maintain fences, and perform biological surveys.
