- Note: Reference SCH#2004031122 The purpose of this project is to renew the 2004 Agricultural Order with revised conditions. The proposed draft 2011 Agricultural Order (Order No. R2-2011-0006) would regulate discharges of waste from irrigated agricultural lands in a manner protective of water quality and consistent with the Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act (Wat. Code Div. 7) and associated plans and policies.
