As part of the proposed project, the applicant is requesting a General Plan Amendments to change the land use designation of the project site from Business-Limited Intensity (B-LI) to Business-Business Park (B-BP) and zone change from Commercial, Limited (CL) to Commercial, Business Park (C-BP) to accommodate the proposed automotive dealership.
