Proposal by Mark Pierce for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for an auto dismantling and recycling center with a 1,200-square foot prefabricated office building office building, a 672-square foot modular caretaker quarters, three 11,00-gallon water tanks, a 73,000-square foot paved storage area, and septic system. The project would result in the disturbance of approximately four acres of 4.3-acre parcel. The proposed project site is located within the Commercial Services land use category and is located on the west side of Monterey Road, approximately, 1,465 feet north of Highway 101, approximately 2.5 miles north of the City of Paso Robles. The site is in the Salinas River planning area.
