Note: Review per lead Construction of approximately 225,000 square feet of commercial building area, 1,098 parking spaces, landscaping, signage, and utilities on APNs 563-321-08,- 06, 562-322-01, -02, -26; 562-280-29, -44, -17, -22, -42, and portions 562-252-06. The project would include street vacation, removal of roadway easements within site, and road improvement at the project's primary access point on National City Boulevard (new traffic signal and widening of the primary access driveway). Off-site improvements are proposed on an approximately 0.25-acre area at the SR-54 westbound off-ramp to National City Boulevard (Bridge 57-064, PM 0.391) within the Caltrans right-of-way. These improvements include extending vehicle lane capacity and construction an additional right-hand turn lane.
