Note: Review per lead The applicant requests approval of a Final Development Plan (FDP) for a mini-storage facility, and a Determination (DT) that the proposed manager's residence on site is a similar use to those permitted in the Light Industry (M-1) zone district. The proposed project involves the demolition of all existing structures on site and grading involving approximately 610-cubic yards of cut and 1,950-cubic yards of fill to prep the site for the construction of a 3-story self-storage facility comprised of 3 separate, 3-story buildings with both drive-up and interior storage units. The project also includes an office/sales space and a manager's residential unit. The total new building area (inclusive of all three floors) would be 110,600-square feet. Construction would occur in two phases. The project site is 2.23 acres (inclusive of the 2.06 lot and a lease area from Union Pacific railroad of 0.2 acres), has a General Plan land use designation of General Industrial (I-G) and a zoning designation of Light Industry (M-1).
