The proposed project includes the construction and operation of upgraded athletic facilities within the Hoover High School campus in the City of San Diego. The purpose of the project is to upgrade the existing athletic facilities of the school campus. In addition to upgrading the athletic facilities, the proposed project would include the installation of additional parking spaces, stadium lighting, and upgraded public announcement system, and provide Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) - compliant facilities.
