Project proponent proposes future car wash at the existing Arco AM/PM. PA09-0287 - A Conditional Use Permit to allow for the operation of a 946 square foot drive-thru car wash at the existing Arco AM/PM gas station. PA09-0288 - A Development Plan to construct a 946 square foot drive-thru car wash at the existing Arco AM/PM gas station.
