Renovate and expand an existing single-family residence approved for the Historic Register and add two detached single-family residence, on the site. An airspace condominium subdivision is proposed to divide the three residences for individual ownership. The project includes: 1) an existing 1,676 square foot with an approximate 848 square foot addition and a new two-car garage with access from Arch Street; 2) a proposed 1,877 square foot detached cottage; 3) a proposed 2,221 square foot detached cottage; and 4) a 4-car garage beneath the two cottages with access from South Coast Highway.
