Document Description
Tentative Tract Map to subdivide 6.69 acres into 26 single family residential lots. The property was formerly used as a church camp, and a single building remains onsite. The proposed lot sizes range from 7,204 sf to 13,426 sf in area. Two new interior public streets, Hope Land and Spencer Circle, are proposed to serve the subdivision. The proposal is a land-sales subdivision and no residential homes are proposed to be constructed under the subdivision map.
