Request by Stephen and Ane May for a Tentative Parcel Map (CO07-0171) and Conditional Use Permit for a cluster subdivision of an existing 32.39 acre parcel resulting in: three residential parcels of 2.52, 3.25, and 3.30 acres each for the purpose of sale and/or development, and a 23.23 acre unbuildable open space parcel. The project includes off-site road improvements to See Canyon Road. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately four acres of a 32.39-acre parcel as a result of development of future residences on the proposed parcels. The division will create one on-site road to access all four proposed parcels.
