Document Description
NOTE: Review per Lead The request is for a Coastal Development Permit with Hearing (CDPH) to allow the construction of a new single-family residence with attached garage with attached garage and guest house with attached garage and associated access improvements on a currently vacant parcel. The single-family residence would be approximately 2,739sf in size and a maximum of 28 feet in height above existing grade. The attached garage would be 770sf in size. The guest house would be approximately 800sf in size and a maximum of 19 feet in height above existing grade. Attached to the guest house would be a garage of 340sf in size and a 240sf workshop. A 120sf shed and 2 water tanks (5,000 and 7,500 gallon capacity) area also included with the project. The residence and guest house would be separated by approximately 500 feet. Grading would include 680 cubic yards of cut and 680 cubic yards of fill. No trees are proposed for removal. The parcel would be served by an existing, private water well located on site, private septic systems, and the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
