Document Description
Conditional Use to permit the use and maintenance of a new Charter School (Kindergarten through 6th Grade), accommodating a maximum of 280 students, with hours of operation from approx. 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday (with occasional night time and weekend use for special meetings or activities) in conjunction with the existing church and Sunday school use, on an approx. 20-acre parcel in the [T][Q]M1-1VL Zone. As proposed, the existing childcare use will be replaced by the Charter School, and 4 existing modular buildings will be replaced with 9 modular buildings (7 containing classrooms and 2 containing administrative offices and library). All vehicle and pedestrian access will be restricted to/from Los Feliz Blvd. No physical alteration or change in use of the existing asphalt parking lot area is proposed.
