Document Description
Exchanging a 3.19-acre, RCBE-owned surplus property at the northwest corner of Tequesquite and Brockton Avenues in Riverside for a 4.75-acre. Jacobs Development-owned site at the southwest corner of Alessandro Blvd and Graham St, Moreno Valley. RCBE currently does not have a specific development proposal for the project site in Moreno Valley; instead the exchanged site would be land-banked for future development. Likely uses include supporting facilities for various administrations and business services operations of RCBE that are consistent with existing zoning. RCBE is currently developing a regional learning center at the corner of Perris Boulevard and Bay Avenue in Moreno Valley to serve this area. As a result, RCBE would not use this site as a school.
