Document Description
The purpose of this project is to improve visitor services by provideing a location to function as a meeting place for interpretive programs. The campfire center will include a stage, 2 fire pits, 12 benches, 3 access trails, a small parking lot, a wharf head fire hydrant and a split rail fence to enclose the center.
The project stie is in an area characterized as perennial grassland. The grassland's matrix is composed of native grasses and invasive species, most notably yellow star thistle and black mustard. The project site will be cleared for construction activities and fire safety. No riparian or concentrated drainage flows are within the project area.
