No other materials (soil, fill or other) will be placed within the creek channel. Using a cable or chain attached to a backhoe or loader, the culvert will be lowered into the channel. The equipment will access the site from the small parking lot located west of the site, and travel overland to the edge of the channel. Once lowered, the culverts will be moved into place by hand labor. No excavation or modification of the creek channel is necessary.
