Document Description
Crest Lane is approximately 1,350 feet in total length. The Western most portion, adjacent to North Bay Road is paved for a distance of about 100 feet. The Eastern portion of the roadway, adjacent to Chipmunk Lane, exists as an upward sloping, 30-foot wide dirt road over a distance of about 850 feet. The middle 400 foot section of the road is undeveloped and is impassable native landscape. At this time, only the easterly 850-foot section of road will be improved.
