Document Description
The purpose of this activity is to revise guidelines previously adopted by the California Energy Commission to govern the administration of its State Energy Program pursuant to Public Resources Code Sections 25460 - 25463. The guidelines describe how the Energy Commission will implement its State Energy Program and identify available funding, eligibility criteria, the evaluation and award process, and other requirements to qualify for funding under the program elements. The guidelines were revised to clarify and establish the interest rate that may be charged for loans made under the Low-Interest Energy Efficiency Financing Program element of the State Energy Program, to clarify the repayment period for loans under this program element, and to update information for purposes of filing a petition for reconsideration to better administer the State Energy Programs.
