Document Description
Issue temporary permission to Chevron U.S.A., Inc. to enter state-owned lands for the purpose of excavating and exposing an existing petroleum pipeline for inspection and, if necessary, repair. Excavation requires a hole approximately six feet by ten feet, and to a depth of five feet. Upon completion of inspection and repair, if necessary, the hole will be backfilled and the ground surface restored to the original condition.
