Document Description
The Coachella Valley Water District proposes to redrill a well on the existing site of Well 4507-1. The redrill project for Well 4507-2 includes drilling, casing, testing, and developing a 1,600 gallon-per-minute (gpm) domestic water well including the installation of a 300-horsepower motor, a 1,600 gpm pump, and other aboveground and underground appurtenances required to connect the well and pumping plant to the domestic water distribution system. Well 4507-2 will be located on the same site as the existing Well 4507-1, which is no longer in service because of excessive sand in the water produced by the well.
