Document Description
Maintain fuel break built adjacent to the Aeolia Heights neighborhood bordering the Auburn State Recreation Area (SRA) boundary for fire safety. This work will involve cutting (manual and/or mechanical) vegetation, spraying invasive exotic species with herbicides (active ingredients - triclopyr or glyphosate), and/or pile burning. Heavy equipment may be used to cut and move vegetation. Fuel break maintenance work will occur every two years, or as funding permits.
