Document Description
DRWD and SGVMWD propose an exchange program involving a portion of their SWP water supplies for the years 2010-2030. DRWD's water can be delivered to SGVMWD in the years 2010-2020. Water delivered to SGVMWD must be returned to DRWD within 10 years, or by the year 2030, whichever time period is less, utilizing SGVMWD's future SWP Table A water. The maximum water that SGVMWD is obligated to retain on account for DRWD is 12,500 acre-feet at any time.
