Document Description
The project will replace the existing bridge across Brown Gulch on the San Gabriel Dam access road. The existing bridge does not meet current standards. As a result, trucks and construction equipment access the dam using the lower bypass road. The lower bypass road is subject to washout during large storm events. The replacement of this bridge is necessary to provide reliable access to the dam, during the following major storm events for operation, maintenance, and emergency activities at this critical flood control facility.
