Document Description
Replace the failing East Annex doors. The existing aluminum storefront door leaves will be replaced with new aluminum storefront door leaves. Door leaf sizes to match existing. Existing clear anodized aluminum finish to be matched. Width of extruded door elements to closely approximate dimensions of original door leaves. Door swing remains unchanged. The new doors will be engineered to avoid the problems causing the failure of the existing doors and will be ADA compliant. Work will be carried out in a manner to minimize impact on surrounding historic finishes, including the marble interior and granite exterior.
