Document Description
A 3,200 square foot pad would be graded and compacted for a modular office structure. An approximately 900 sq. ft. parking area would be prepared adjacent to the modular office structure. The parking area would be minimally graded and approximately 3 inches of mulch will be added to prevent erosion. An approximately 600 x 200 ft (1,300 sq. ft) potable water line would be trenched from the existing well to the proposed site a minimum depth of 24 inches.
