Document Description
The proposed Project would construct a mortarless wall using Allen Block or similar materials along the top edge of the drainage to stabilize the bank. The wall would be approximately 366 feet long and would be placed in a hand-dug footing with compacting gravel for stability. Backfill would be placed behind the wall , outside of the stream channel, to stabilize and strengthen the wall, and a 4-foot high chain link fence would be placed behind the wall and on top of the backfilled material.
