Document Description
This project consists of dredging and cleaning the bottom of a 300 foot ditch connecting the East Channel of the Sutter Bypass with the Permittee's irrigation pump in order to facilitate summer irrigation and flow of water in the ditch. Approximately 500-1000 cubic yards will be removed from the ditch each time the work occurs. Work will be done by an excavator sitting on the south bank of the ditch and dredged material will be spread evenly and uniformly along the south bank. No trees or vegetation will be removed from the banks. Work will occur between June 1 and September 30.
