United Water Conservation District is updating the existing moss screen facility by replacing three water control gates, providing new electronic actuators on a total of nine gates, and installing new catwalks. These modifications will allow for a more efficient operation of the existing groundwater recharge facility. The beneficiaries are all that rely directly and indirectly upon the aquifers of the Ventura County Coastal Plain for any portion of their water supplies.
