Document Description
Install single vault precast restroom and related access improvements at Mine Wash at Anza-Borrego Desert SP. Excavation required for this building will be approximately 5'dx13'wx12'L. This structure will require an additional road feature that will spur off the current Mine Wash Road in order to get out of the wash and to higher ground for flood purposes. A parking space that meets the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act will be constructed at the front of the facility.
