Document Description
During project activities occurring under Proposition MM, the school's central plant was designed but not completed during construction. The chilled water piping, chiller, and fan coils were not installed; therefore, the school has heating but no air conditioning. Under this Proposition S project, the completed design is to be verified and the chilled water piping, chiller, and fan coils will be installed. Project activities would occur in areas that are not environmentally sensitive.
