The construction portion of the project includes grading and the construction of four single-unit residential dwellings, a street and a park on an approximate 0.75-acre site. The dwelling units will comply with all the development standards of the Harbor View Hill Planned Community including the code-required two parking spaces per unit. Also, four guest parking spaces will be provided on site.
