Document Description
The applicant proposes to install riprap rock and plant native vegetation along a 35' long by 15' deep section of an unnamed tributary to Atascadero Creek using a track mounted excavator from the top of bank and manual labor within the creek bed. The creek bank is eroding the land behind the property owner's home. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2010-0293-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
