Document Description
This project proposes to replace the existing Fine Arts building to respond to changes in the educational program on the Skyline campus. This 42 year old building was constructed to serve the programs of the 60s and no longer supports the pedagogic patterns consistent with the current and projected educational programs and instructional methods. Demolition of the existing building and reconstruction of a smaller, more efficient facility will best serve the needs of the college while serving to alleviate excess capacity and abate hazardous materials in the existing building.
