Document Description
Building (12) is more than 45 years old and is the last building standing of the four that once housed science programs at the College of San Mateo. As part of the Master Plan for reinvigoration of this campus, it is the intent of the college to renovate this space to serve the growing requirement for multi-discipline lad and lab service facilities. The existing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, data and security systems have exceeded their life cycle and serviceability.
