This project will renovate and modernize Building 8,. This project modernizes the 43 year old Gym on the College of San Mateo campus. The gym was constructed in 1963 and was among the first buildings built on the site. It has never undergone any major renovations or remodeling for the past 40 years. There have been substantial changes in the program, code compliance issues, and infrastructure issues that require attention and upgrades.
