Document Description
The Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District (TLBWSD) is requesting conveyance of up to 15,000 a.f. of Cross Valley Water (Water) that will be pumped with State power and conveyed under Article 55 of TLBWSD's State Water Supply Contract. Lower Tule River Irrigation District and Pixley Irrigation District (Exchange Partners) propose to deliver the balance of their 2010 Cross Valley Water supply (up to 15,000 acre-feet) to TLBWSD as part of an exchange. The Water will be conveyed through the California Aqueduct and delivered to the District in Reaches 8c and 8d.
