The project proposes to implement various roadway improvements that are identified as mitigation measures in the Foster City Multi-Project Traffic Analysis (December 2008) and the Foster City Multi-Project Traffic Analysis - Engineering Study (May 2009). These improvements will improve traffic operations and accommodate additional traffic from approved redevelopment in the area.
