Issue a temporary Right of Entry Permit (ROE) to the Bethel Island Municipal Improvement District (BIMID) to drill ten in-water test borings within Franks Tract State Recreation Area (SRA) to collect geotechnical informationfor the Bethel Island-Horseshoe Bend Levee Repair Project. BUMID will drill borings up to approximately 20-3- feet below the bed of Franks Tract from a barge using vibracore techniques.
