The will implement Airsoft Battlegrounds, a Recreation and fitness center use, within an existing 21,000 square-foot industrial warehouse suite. The project includes approval of a Variance to stripe 26 parking spaces within an existing circulation area without inclusion of landscape planter islands, which are required by ordinance to be implemented at a ratio of one planter island per 10 parking spaces.
